59 – And the Children Shall Lead

Summary
The Enterprise investigates a Federation colony where all the adults are dead, and children run around freely. There’s some kind of alien presence watching over them, though.
Commentary
If there is an episode that can compete with Spock’s Brain as the worst of all time, it’s this one. Whatever you do, don’t see this one. None of it works – not the acting, the directing, the script, the special effects – it’s not even accidentally funny. It’s all horrible. Nothing worth watching here.
Of Note
This is often chosen as the worst episode of the Original Series, though I think it’s probably Spock’s Brain.
