24 – Desert Crossing

Summary

While traveling to Risa, the Enterprise takes a detour to come to the aid of someone who has sent out a distress signal. He is so grateful for the help that he invites Captain Archer and Commander Tucker to visit his home on a desert planet.

Commentary

This one was OK. I thought the storyline was fine, not all that spectacular, but just OK. The music was nice, and it added well to the storyline. Overall, a decent episode that probably couldn’t have been much better than it was. But it certainly wasn’t much different than any other random Star Trek episode.
