Requiem for Methuselah (1969) on IMDb

Summary

Kirk, Spock and McCoy beam down to a supposedly uninhabited planet to pick up a rare mineral that is needed to combat a virus that most of the crew has picked up. What they find on the planet is an apparently human male named Flint, who claims to be Johnannes Brahms and Leonardo daVinci. Oh, and he has a female ward named Rayna, and of course Kirk is going to be interested in her.

Commentary

This episode is fairly average. I’m not sure how Spock is supposed to know that the music was consistent with Johannes Brahms’ original handwriting, but OK, I guess we can go along with it. It gets really tiresome that Kirk falls in love with every alien woman he happens to meet.
